Tender For auction sale of - mot-dee-dx pay & use toilet at delhi sarai rohilla railway station (dee) - nsg- old category (a), at platform no. 1, dli end, area measuring - 36 sq. mt. provision of deluxe pay & use public toilets on "maintenance operation and transfer" (mot) basis at delhi sarai rohilla railway station (dee) for a period of 03 years under subhead "normal for operation and maintenance only- 3 years". these high-quality toilets shall be operated and maintained by licensee on 'deluxe pay and use' basis, with provision rights for commercial advertisement through glow signboards etc. on the interior and exterior walls (subject to a maximum of 75% of available wall surface area) of the building of the toilet complex but mounted hoardings on roof would not be permitted. however, space on rooftop can be utilized to install solar cells/water heaters etc.
